Returns & Exchanges

We proudly stand behind every product we make and sell. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us, and we’ll work with you to make things right.

Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package in cases such as:

  • Damaged products upon arrival

  • Defective products

  • Incorrect items or sizes received

  • Size exchanges for apparel (e.g., T-shirts)

For any exchange, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Note that we cannot accept returns for products purchased through third-party vendors.

Product Care
Many of our products are perishable and require storage in a cool, dark place. Unfortunately, we cannot replace items that have been improperly stored or handled.

Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is processed. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the purchaser to be given to you, the refund will be issued to the purchaser. Please note, we can only issue refunds to the original payment method.

Return Shipping
To initiate a return, please email us for return instructions. You’ll be responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If your item is over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
