Standard Shipping Policies
Normal shipping days are Monday through Friday, with a cut-off time of 3:00 PM Central Time (CST) for orders to go out with that day's mail. Not sure which delivery option to choose? Here are the details on each method so you know when to expect your order.
USPS FIRST CLASS:
U.S. shipping using USPS should typically arrive within 5-7 business days. However, U.S. orders shipped under USPS First Class mail are not considered lost until 14 business days after your intended delivery date! If your package doesn’t arrive by that time, please contact info@thebeardedbrotherhood.co with your order number and tracking information, and we’ll find the right solution for you.
USPS PRIORITY:
This is a better option than USPS First Class if you are under a time crunch. It ensures faster delivery, usually within 3-7 days.

International Shipping Policies
Howdy from the great state of Texas! We are pleased to offer shipping to our international customers. However, international orders can require a good bit of patience. Depending on customs wait times, your order may take up to 6-8 weeks to arrive at your destination — especially if you are using USPS First Class. We do not consider a package lost until 8 weeks after the fulfillment date. That is why we highly recommend using DHL for international orders, as they are the most reliable with the shortest delivery time.
Additionally, there may be customs fees and duty taxes on your package depending on your country. Please be aware of your country's specific requirements before you order, or you may incur an unexpected fee. Here is a link to a Duty and Taxes calculator for international shipping that you can use for further information on possible additional charges. We will not cover any duty taxes, customs fees, or VATs that may be added in your country.
As another option, we have plenty of international stockists that may be easier for you to order from to avoid costly added fees. See our International Retailers page to check if there is a brick-and-mortar or online retailer in your region that carries The Bearded Brotherhood products.
